Construction can begin imminently

Construction loan underwriting approved. Construction can begin imminently. It will start with grading, retaining wall and sewage swales. Grading plan is still waiting for retaining wall engineering design and soils disposal site information for county permit.

I will post picture once the constrution starts. We will see weekly changes...

申请 US Bank 建筑贷款construction-to-permanent loan. County Permit still pending. Need Fire Sprinkler design for initial permit application as well which is not included in orginal plan.
